We’re currently a two person team and endeavour to package every order we receive before 11am GMT that same day.

We hope you're happy with your order, however if you would like to return please return your order within 14 days of receipt, in an undamaged condition and in it's original packaging with the swing tag on. Returns are at sender's own costs. If you would like to return any items then please get in contact via shop@nicethings.co quoting you order number.
